Chocolate Pavé: Learn How to Make It
Pavê is that classic dessert that never disappoints, and with our Alma do Cacau chocolate, it gains a special and irresistible touch. Easy to make and perfect for any occasion, this pavê will make everyone's mouth water!
Ingredients:
- 200g Alma do Cacau chocolate , chopped
- 200ml cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 500ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 packet of Maria biscuits or champagne biscuits
- Coffee or milk to dip the cookies
Preparation method:
- In a saucepan, heat the cream over low heat until it starts to bubble at the sides (do not let it boil). Remove from the heat and add the chopped Alma do Cacau chocolate, stirring until completely melted. Set aside.
- In another pan, mix the condensed milk, milk and cornstarch. Bring to a low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Set aside.
- Quickly dip the cookies in coffee or milk and make a layer at the bottom of a baking dish. Cover with a layer of white cream and then with a layer of chocolate cream. Repeat the process until you have finished all the creams, finishing with the chocolate cream.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set well.
