Dark Chocolate Pancakes
Who can resist fluffy and delicious pancakes with a special touch of chocolate? This simple yet flavorful recipe will win over everyone's taste buds. Let's get to it!
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk (can be vegetable)
- 1 cup of oat or wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon of honey or other sweetener to taste
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Chopped Alma do Cacau chocolate , to taste
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk and honey.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt, mixing well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Add the chopped chocolate, stirring gently.
- Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease if necessary.
- Drop small portions of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface (about 2 minutes). Flip and cook for 1 more minute.
- Repeat the process until the dough is finished.
Serve the pancakes while they’re still warm, with extra pieces of Alma do Cacau chocolate melting on top, fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey. Every bite is an explosion of flavor!
